Diet pills in the late 19th and early 20th century actually contained tapeworm eggs. If your'e looking for a sure-fire way to lose weight, go with the tapeworm...there are a few complications that may arise, and it's really up to you to decide if you want parasites living in you.
The diet may be safer than the tapeworm, but it may not work as well. Good luck!

Can you buy tapeworms at the store, to give yourself one, or do you just eat raw meat and hope for one.
I dont know if you are serious, but the weight you lose when you are sick is mostly muscle and water, two things you do not want to lose.
The best way to lose weight is Exercise + Diet + Not giving up.
Try that, its better than having a worm feed on your meals, and then crapping him out when your done with him.

Getting the idea out of your head that you have to be on a "diet for weightloss" will be a good start. Just eat a variety of healthy foods and watch your portions...we tend to eat WAY too much of everything. Look on a website to learn proper portion sizes and get exercise 3-5 times a week and you'll see results. Good luck! P.S. when all else fails...I think the tapeworm would work fine too. HaHa

oh a diet definitely!! my neighbor is on some diet that you loose weight just by staying up ALL NIGHT!! i hear her cleaning and playing music til 5:00 am sometimes but she looks great. i don't know what kind of diet she is on her doctor treats her at her house and its very hush hush when he comes over. I asked her about it (i still have some winter weight) and she told me to talk to someone named Crystal.......she was talking so fast that i didn't catch it all.....I guess being thin gives you more energy.....but anyway she has lost like 10 lbs in 1 week so you might to ask around for this Dr. Crystal. hope that helps. Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

1.stop buying the junk food
2.dish up a normal meal look at the amount of food that is on your plate and then put half of it back on the serving dishes.
3.don't take secants.
4.eat a healthy breakfast,eat a sensible lunch,eat a small evening meal.
5.go for a walk after your evening meal.
