there is no literal translation, espcially since you have not given any context.

do you mean the f word as an exclaimation?
or as in 'f-you' (like go to hell)?

idi na xui is something like 'f-you' or 'go to hell'
blyad is a somewhat universal exclamation if you mess something up.....

the list goes on and on and on and on... russian swear, known as 'russkii mat' is a whole language unto itself.

unfortuately, i don't know much of it.

its pretty easy... suka: bi*tch, xiy: is like a swear word form of Co*k, and there are a whole lot... just try google translater and type in English cuss words and translate them into Russian and ask me how to pronounce them
