After talking with someone for 3 weeks on the phone. You decide to meet for the 1st time. Your date is walking to your car and you don't like him/her, would you drive off?

no, i would talk with them for a little while. Clearly there is something there and you should be an adult and stay friends.
i know, this is much easier said then done.

i'm taking it that you met her on the internet...which is a mistake to begin with...but if you do that, have them meet you somewhere like a coffe shop first, so you it's appropriate to leave after 10 minutes if you don't like them. i've never met anyone online, but when i take a girl out, i'll know right away if i like her or not..and if i don't like her, i'll just cut the date really short with some excuse. driving off is pretty rude if you ask me, but that's what you get for hooking up with someone you never seen before.

no i wouldn't drive off. that's very rude and impolite. i'd at least say hey first and then tell them your not into them. but don't come out straight forward like that.
