Any food will put on weight, if you eat to much of it. Look up the calories for a slice of watermelon, since it is sweet and has sugars it will have enough calories. It is good for you, it is fruit and has fiber, you should not eat to much of any food period It will be less then eating a double cheeseburger and fries from Burger king

I sincerely doubt it. Watermelon contains alot of water. All you'll do is urinate. That may show up as a temporary weight loss. So, enjoy your treat!!

I stay away from watermelon primarily because it is a high-sugar fruit. Although it is nutrient-rich, its glycemic index is too high.
I stick to canteloupe, honeydew, grapes and granny smith apples :)

You shouldn't experience any change from eating anything in practically any amount for just one day.
Change comes from an overall change in average daily intake and activity over a period of time.

No, of course not. It passes through you like little pixie dust, leaving no trace behind.
If you over eat cardboard, you will gain weight on it.
