if he's crying, he's in pain and needs emergency care. He needs x-rays - he could have a broken bone, cracked skull or shattered vertebra in his neck. Take him to the vet or the nearest animal emergency clinic now. And next time, don't let him on the bed or the couch!!!
Oh, and for those people who recommended aspirin? If he has internal bleeding, like a brain hemorrhage? Aspirin can make it a hundred times worse.

If he is still crying and wont fall asleep maybe you should schedule an appointment with the vet because he may have internal bleeding which is very serious and can make you very ill even kill you if you wait more then a week

particular, her domestic dog hair will fall out and improve out with lighter hair on her head, I even have 2 yorkies at homestead. i could advise which you're taking her to the groomer and have her hair cut back short. in case you hold her hair long, it is going to be combed and brushed daily. Bathing her as quickly as each week is including to the mats. you ought to use a reliable dogs conditioner/detangler once you tub her. Now that she is raveled, that's surprisingly much impossible to brush the mats out.

I've never had a dog or one of my pets fall on their heads, but I know if the pain gets too much, you may have to put him to sleep. I've had to have to cats put to sleep and miss them terribly. Even if you have to put him to sleep you will always remember them. I wish you luck and your terrier a great recovery.

If the dog is not throwing up he should be fine. Bad head injuries make one barf. If he isn't barfing he is most likely gonna be fine. Might not be as smart but ok.

i would take him to a vet right away... and NOT the vet who told you to wrap him up and make him sleep! in fact, i think you should definitely keep him AWAKE until he sees a vet!
