what are the effects when a person has multiple heinikens and begins to excercise i.e running?

is this recommeneded to do?

No you will dehydrate yourself.

Alcohol is diuretic. So running is not good idea. You can become dehydrated and do serious damage to your liver (amongst others). The liver needs water to help flush the toxins of the alcohol. If you have to, drink loads of water.

The only effect I ever got was more drunk. If you have to drink, do it after your exercise not before.

at least dont run, because its the worst one of drunken exercises, i mean i lift weigths drunk but i would gasp for air and water like heck if i ran
