Look for the book Eat Right for Your (Blood) Type. There is also a recipe book that goes along with it. This book tells you what you need to eat based on your blood type. It has helped me lose 25 poounds in 2 months.

yes, but i not a good idea. I have a friend who got on a vegetarian diet but she is turning weird.
no meat means less nutrition that is what makes people weird.
you should try exercising or eating healthy stuff.

i've been a vegetarian for about 6 months now and have lost a little bit. just make sure you don't eat heaps of chips & chocolate, etc and you should be fine. remember to exercise and drink heaps of water! good luck :)

You can if you moderate the amount of fats you comsume, and eat more soy protein than that found in nuts. Nuts and peanut butter are excellent protein sources but high in fat.
