I need to delete walls but don't know how?

Go into Build Mode, make sure you're in wall build and hold down Ctrl.
Holding the Ctrl button down erases all actions done in build mode.

Hold down the control key while clicking and dragging across however many sections of wall you want to delete.
As a tip though, strip the wallpaper and/or siding off the walls and remove any doors, windows or decoration before you remove them. You get the money for "selling" them that way, but if you just delete the wall, you don't.

I've been trying to do that too. I'm not sure they can be deleted after they have been saved.
