my parents are forcing me to work at Labour companies...and i've been working there for 3 yearas and don't want to work there anymore, so frustrated. i need suggestions ...please help.

I'm 20, When ever i apply to the Private companies, they think that i'm never gonna handle the work. and release negative reactions, in the result i have to let go the opportunities.

Well I guess instead of a Labour job tell them that you're old enough to handle a more mature job and try to find one using a job searching service or something like that. With all the jobs out there, you don't have to work in a big company to be out of the labour force, maybe job shadowing is something you can consider or something that you are interested in or you really excel in. well, where are you that your parents are forcing you to work at a particular place? If you hate it so bad then go find a job elsewhere. How hard can it be?

just quit and find a new job.....they cannot make you get a job...you are the one that applys...just get another one so they cant complain about it!
