You can't unless you use make-up to conceal it...a hickey is similar to a bruise. From the "sucking" of the neck, blood is brought to the surface of the skin, resembling the blemish...you might try ice (as you would a bruise) but if it has been there for more than a day, it likely won't help....sorry....

I must agree with a lot of the threads that have been posted. A Hickey is nothing but a bruise and to get rib of a bruise is the same method you use to get rid of a black and blue or an area that has become swollen. As soon as possible, use ice that has been wrapped in a paper towel and place it on the hickey for 2 or 3 mins. Then you use your fingers and gently but with a bit of pressure, rub the hickey pressing in and circulating to disperse the vessels and increase blood flow. Then re-apply the ice for another 2 or 3 mins. Finally use some WARM tap water and run it over the hickey for a extended period....just like when you take a bath. This method will help the bruise to heal quicker but makeup may still be needed to completely hide the reminisce.
Use Liquid Foundation or a powdered one. Please be more careful next time. Either get them further back near your hair line or somewhere not noticeable.

Ice or cold compress (never applied directly to the skin) will stop the bleeding. A 'hickey' is several blood vessels/ capillaries broken just beneath the surface of the skin. If its not new then heat (never applied directly to the skin) will encourage circulation and the blood will be broken down and processed. Cold will also diminish visibility of vessels. So try alternating. Applying either a yellow or lavender tinted makeup depending on skin tone then foundation on top will also 'hide' a hickey.

I have heard if you take a silver spoon and stick it in the refrigerator. After it is cold rub it on your hickey. It's suppose to make it go away.

Ice - try ice on yourself. If that doesn't work, make up a story - burned yourself with your curling iron or something. But yes, try ice and massage it at the same time to dissapate the blood. That is what your hickey is.

Yuck! Don't get one in the first place!
A hickey is a bruise from broken blood vessels. (Gross, isn't it?!?!) So, I don't know of anything you could really put on it to make it disappear. I guess try to cover it with make up and keep checking on it.

pipe tobbaco, press a mass of wet pipe tobbaco to the hickey and wrap loosely to hold it in place.
nicotine is vaso dialator, and also breaks up blood clots.
might not work in one day but works fast on any kind of bruise
