I like a 16 year old, and i think she likes me. Is it normal for us to date?

A 13 year old is to young to date anyone let alone a 16 year old. Maybe you could wait until she was 15 or 16.

Normal has nothing to do with it.
Twenty-one and 24 is no big deal, because they are quite close in both physical and emotional maturity.
That's not necessarily the case with 13 & 16. There can be a *world* of difference in their physical and emotional ages!
Stick with girls your own age for the next 4-5 years ... then expand your horizons as much as you like.

No. At these ages, 3 years is a HUGE difference. In any case, I personally believe a 13 year old is too young to date anyone. You have tons of time to be grown. Enjoy your childhood while you can. God bless you.

Normal? Well, typically girls at that age tend to like older guys, because girls do mature faster than guys, and many guys are too immature for them. And 3 years difference is a fairly big gap at that age too. Don't be suprised if she doesn't want to date you, though she may like you in a platonic way. But there are exceptions to almost every rule, so if it works, there may be no problem.

It's not really normal, but it isn't abnormal either. I'm 13 and my boyfriend is turning 16 next month so I think you are fine.

it is normal for you to be attracted to an older girl, but i dont think that it is normal for you to date til you are a bit older than you are now. It would not work out.

i personally would say don't worry about it because i'm sixteen and i like a 14 year old and its all good. although it can be a bit weird with the different maturity levels but as long as that doesn't bother you, then i say go for it.

Go out and learn to be honest, trusting friends and talk to her about your concerns. Genuine communication will be a more important thing for you to learn at this age than how to look cool with your partner and having sex.

No, it's weird and illegal in all 50 states and US Terrorities. Women mature faster than men so it's hard for it to work when the woman is older.
She may be being nice to you so as not to hurt you.
