The cost of getting your car repoed?

Nothing, it's repoed if you don't pay your bills, which costs nothing.

Now getting it back, that's different.

Not really sure which end you asking about...the one that does the repossessing or the car owner..Not sure on the repossessor...but the car owner is not out of pocket when it is repossessed..80% of the time it is done during the night so the owner can't stop them or cause the tower trouble...getting your car BACK is what will cost you, and that will be whatever you are behind on..example: if you are three months behind on payment..in order to get your car back you will have to pay for that three months...and some dealers will ask for the next month in advance...you may have to even pay the tow bill which is no more than a hundred or so...yes sadly I am speaking from experience :( oh..and if you don't pay for months behind they can sue you for total amount....in long run you really mess your credit up...I went ahead and paid the behind months off, got my van back and kept up the payments on time after that happened...Still messes up your credit, but not as bad as it would be if not paid.
