just eat lots of veggies and protein.

It can make you rich if you have the appetite crusher, a lot of us need it remember we are mostly overweight or obese. Vinegar or apple cider vinegar with water before meals, or on a salad for that matter. The Magazines are full of Diet advice. so this is a major problem

just eat smaller amounts of food MORE times a day,in other words,eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals a day.

Food is not your enemy, unless you eat too much or to little.
if you are a little bit of a gluton, try doing a set of crunches and drink about 20 ounces of water, you will eat less.

do u mean to stop eating junk? well i have been trying to not eat alot of junk and its hard u just gotta pull ur self away but if u exersize u can fit a lil junk into ur diet or w/e ur gunna do

You can eat smaller amounts and feel fuller longer by eating high fiber foods . fruit veggies, nuts, high fiber cereals

try to associate food with something bad like gross food or food poisoning that way when u think of food u'll think ewww or i don't really want that just remember be healthy
