Tea! Coffee gives a headache, but oddly, only in the US. I've had coffee in Switzerland and Italy with no headache at all...
I just like the taste of tea better, anyway.

Coffee. I absolutely love it. The only time I wouldn't drink it was when I was pregnant.
Tea is nice, but i like it really ice cold with a touch of lemon.
But if I had to choose, Coffee would be the winner.
