Are there real dangers to microwave oven use to heat to water and food?

Some plastics will melt in a microwave, and some other dishes aren't really microwave-safe. And metal in a microwave is a VERY bad idea. But I've not noticed any ill effects.

They say No,but the long term isn't known or published yet.Over heating and burning your tongue.Check it for leaks,to keep your exposure down.

not really.. it depends on what the container is made of that you re using. and nothing aluminum
