Any recepeis on how to cook croack ( fish)?

I do not know what croack is or how to cook it. Does anyone know what it is similar too or a recepei?

get some foil lay the fish on the foil put a couple of pats of butter on it a little salt pepper onion wrap it up throw it on thegrill. cook about 5 minutes a side
