I want to live my life & my life only. I don't want to marry any one & I don't want to have children. Is it a sign of abnormality? Even JESUS do that. Why not me?

Nothing at all wrong with that.

Before my bf met me he never wanted to get married or have kids, because he loved his freedom - he had a very restricted upbringing being Asian. He wanted to be able to see, do and experience a lot of things, that would be impossible, if tied down to a conventional domestic lifestyle.

While he still hasn't changed his mind about having kids, he wanted to marry me right from the start, because I too want the same lifestyle.

So even though you feel this way now, you might be at least open to marriage years later down the track, if you fall head over heels for the right woman. See if you find someone that wants the lifestyle you want to lead, you have a life partner to walk that path with you, without the fear of them holding you back from doing what you want in life.

So don't worry and just keep true to want you want in life..it will all fall into place. :)

It isn't a sign of abnormality. Some people just dont feel like they want to get married or have kids, which is ok. It's ur decision, and it shouldn't be something that u feel is weird.

That's good for you. It's great that you know what path you wish to follow in life and even better that it is that of a peaceful and faithful one. I do hope you don't get lonely. Surround yourself with friends and family if not lovers and children - even Jesus did that.

there is nothing wrong with not wanting to marry or have children.but can you honestly say to yourself you want to be alone for the rest of your life. What I suggest is to tell the people that are closest to you that for now you want to live your own life but maybe some day in the distance future you may get married or you may not

Can you get yourself "fixed" in the meantime? I'm always afraid that people who don't want kids are going to be the very ones to have them. LOL it happens all of the time!
