Read, learn a new language, take a certification class, um........ learn new games (chess is a good one). Find something interesting for you (history, writing poetry) and take a class, read a book, or talk to an expert on it........... learning never ends! And set goals!!! One of mine is to have 10 languages under my belt by 2010. I've broken it into smaller goals (research languages and countries, pick a language i want to learn or a country i want to visit, find a book on beginner phrases or a class if poss., book a trip 1 year from the day I start for motivation!)
