boric acid
and
eagle brand pet milk
mix together and roll into little balls
place the little balls in the places you've seen the roaches
i don't know what effect this would have on animals or people, so be careful.

i just bought some of those little square things that you place all over the house. they eat the poison and take some back to the "nest" too. I had them out for about 3 days and haven't seen any since. you don't have to spray anything.

Clean up thier food sources and they will go somewhere else to eat.
