I ususallly don't put much faith or confidence in televangelists as a whole, but in my opinion, I truly think the most sincere ones on tv today would have to be Joel Olstein, and John Hagee. Billy Graham was the best ever, by far, and I also kinda liked to watch Rex Humbard, but I've not seen him on tv for ages.

Anyone can be sincere, and still be sincerely wrong.
But only a few are actually listening to the Voice of God.
I've seen a few on TV, but they are not usually very popular.
Billy Graham was good, but he left the repenter hanging.
The most influential Evangelist of the 20th Century was William Marrion Branham. But he never was on TV.
He was on the radio however.
You can read about him here...

'loviesteele', how old are you? Because my nana watched Rex Humbard...back in the 70's.

Only God can judge the heart. But there are very few ministers on TV who actually preach the Bible. They tend to just be people with charisma who are good at communicating their opinions. Ministers shouldn't be believed just because they might sound good to itching ears. We need to be "people of the Book" ourselves so that we don't just blindly follow the latest trend in the pop-Christian subculture.

I really believe Joel Osteen. This is a man who did not even want to preach. He was a behind-the-scenes helper for his dad who was pastor. When his dad died, they could have closed down the church or Joel could step in an lead. He prayed about it, and WOW! Lakewood Church is the largest church in the USA, perhaps the world now! He has written at least one best selling book.

His message appeals because it is not all fire and brimstone. Rather, it is about love and being uplifted. So positive! I don't watch TV preachers, but I really, really like the work of Joel Osteen.

Yes, there are many that are very sincere about their walk with the LORD and know for a fact that they will be held accountable for their words and teachings on judgment day. GOD will hold them to a higher standard than the rest of us, and the following people know this and are very careful.

My top favorites are:Jack Van Impe, Jesse Duplantis, Rod Parsley, John Hagee, Paula White & Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen,
and Benny Hinn.
I hope that this helps you. May GOD Bless and prosper you!

I have been a Christian for about three years, I watch very few televangelists because a vast majority are after the mighty dollar and not the Almighty God. However, I do watch John Hagee on TBN whenever I get the chance. He is not constantly asking for money, and he seems to have genuine concern for Israel and America. And he preaches from the Bible, and not from his personal beliefs.

I honestly believe that Benny Hinn is a joke. He is a classic example as far as I am concerned of a "fake" evangelist and is only interested in the financial aspect of religion.

Yes there is one, here is a link to his website http://www.ebaumsworld.com/videos/spirit-of-truth.html
His message is truly heartfelt without so many deviations from the true message of Christ...a common problem in today's television ministry.
