I want to run my own airline, but dont have much cash? Any ideas?

Well there are ways... but I hope you a pretty damn lucky!
For example:
say a plane is canceled and 200 people NEED to get a flight, this is when you rush in, contact a private plane company and charter a plane to the destination last minute! You then sell all the tickets on the promise that the money should be refunded by the airline as they canceled the first flight! And everyone gets where they are going an is happy! Of course you add your cut to the price of the tickets so provided you sell them all, you would have started your own airline company for virtually free. But hey... good luck!

Write up a business plan that includes the price of the aircraft, the costs of a fixed base to operate from, a potential route and the landing fees at these airports. Ask potential passengers to suggest what you should offer them as far a amenities. You have to estimate the costs involved and the potential for profit. Prove the potential for profit and you will be able to get start up money.

First, you'll need about 20 billion dollars for your livery, then you'll have to get in line for your airplanes to be built once you order them. I'd get the 747; it's tried and true.
A second alternative would be to go to www.simviation.com and join a virtual airline. You'll get it all at a fraction of the price!

I would suggest you to start studying the Regulations, such as FAR 91, FAR 121, FAR 135 and so on... After that, you can ask the authorities to establish your air company, and theeeen you can start thinking about buying the airplane....

first you need a plane, then a runway, then some customers who want to fly, distribute feathers evenly to each of them, sell the plane, close the runway, and forget it.

Find plenty of dedicated investors, and don't buy the A380.
