Get some exercise, and not just walking from the TV to the fridge. Strenuous exercise for at least 45 minutes at a time and at least 3 times a week. It will improve your motivation, you'll get better sleep and it will sharpen your mind. You'll be amazed at the difference it makes just getting your blood moving a little bit. Also, stay off the antidepressants. Those will only make your mental fatigue worse in the long run.
For mental fatigue, exercise your mind too. It's easy. Turn off the TV, step away from the computer, find a book or a magazine or even a news paper and read it.

Exercise helps with fatigue and depression -- long walks outdoors in the sunshine is best, not bending and stretching in the living room. Joining a gym or spa is also good. Don't overdo it at first, but gradually get to the point where endorphins are being produced. You'll have less depression, more energy, and sleep better. Also -- have you had your doctor check for low thyroid? (Simple blood test.)

I have fibromyalgia. I have unrefreshed sleep if I do not get the amount of sleep. Also I am on meds. I also have to eat and drink before 7 pm. Other stuff.
Do you have places that hurt you?

Lots of good answers there again.........Have you been checked for diabetes? Because the glucose stays in the bloodstream and is not taken up by the cells (that's insulins job) you can find that you are tired both physically and mentally. Were you prescribed antidepressants and if so..... what for? Get checked - it only takes minutes....good luck!

Maybe there is something physically wrong with you, as many physical conditions can mimic depression and fatigue. Diabetes, kidney/bladder infections, heart conditions, anaemia, as well as many other conditions can take on the form that you describe. You need to speak to your doctor to get some appropriate tests done to see if there is anything else going on.
If there is nothing else going on, it can be the drugs you take for depression; many people react to them that way. You may have to look at other ways of treating your problems.

Try taking some Vitamin B-12 or a B-complex it will take awhile to get into your system probably 2 to 3 weeks at least. Your body may be lacking B vitamins so it should help.

Go to a doctor and have some blood work ran to rule out Lyme disease, MS, Lupus, Arthritis, Anemia, and so on. I am not a doctor but I have gone through the samething, it went on for years, I was told it was all in my head several times. Then I found one doc who done the blood work, scans for sinusitis, and the bit. Come to find out I have a disease called Fibromyalgia.

try drinking a lot of water throughout the day and lots of coffee before 11 am. Also eat a lot in the morning but very little after 3. Almost no sugar after lunch. Try to manage your time better.

Anti depressants are for people with depression. There is such a thing as chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia. Talk to your doctor about treating you for this NOT depression. Check out the website below it may help you understand it better.

Paxil can make you tired, eat more veggies and fruit. Exercise and only go to bed to sleep, not to watch t.v. etc. Doctors refer to this as sleep hygiene. Plus you may have iron deficiency. Try eating beef liver once a week for a month or so,
