Belief in God offers you an easy way out of having to think about your life and the world around you. It may not be an effective or even particularly rational way of understanding your world, but it is easier than having to really examine the complex issues facing humanity.

To miss the wrath of God when it falls.Personally I Love this one.To spend eternity with Jesus instead of in the Lake of Fire forever.

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
In Christ in Love,

That would be: "The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God"!

They would be your inherent, self-evident-truths, your inalienable rights endowed by the Source of all Creation.

At least that's what is mandated by the American Declaration of Independence. So unless you have some duty to oppress the Principles of American Freedom, I'd go with these Divine Laws/Rights. Disobeying these Laws/Rights is the cause of all turmoil, discord and human-sacrifice both individually and globally.

The Laws of the Source of Creation are the Rights of Creation.

the concept in a god hasn't benefited the human race in any respect. faith has began extra wars than some thing, like 9/11 in "the call of god". If anybody changed into an atheist human beings gained't argue about religions and commence ineffective wars because human beings trust them. Watch some George Carlin video clips, his common sense is large.

Eternal Life

honestly?... love that is what we all want and need. No spouse or thing can satisfy that deep down personal heart of hearts like He can. I know where I stand and I can rest in that. Ya I know there are many interpretations and religions but one thing that you can't really go wrong is when you love God, love others as yourself, you wouldn't do things to hurt others. Love is unconditional, can be intimate, can be friendship. Live and love life!!!

Agape Love! That unconditional love that you yearn for. Not that sometime love from g/f but theres a spot that will always feel empty no matter how hard you look, until u look to him. He made us that way and we can't be fulfilled until we have a relationship with him. No matter what we have done in the past....what I love most is that he is always and still waiting patiently for us.............Thats what he has to offer....his LOVE

i'll put it to you the way one of my philosophy profs put it to me, and the rest of the class. If you don't believe in god and you are wrong, then you spend the rest of eternity in whatever turmoil exists in whatever religion is right. if you DO believe in god (not necessarily religion) and you are wrong what have you lost? nothing. if you believe in god and you are right, then again based on whatever religion ends up being right, you recieve whatever reward is appropriate, so believeing in god you either lose nothing or gain everything, NOT believeing in god you either lose everything or lose nothing...a gambling man would put his money on the belief based on the possible benefit.

What the Bible says about Believers
Signs of True Believers

"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." -- Mark 16:17-18

"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." -- Luke 10:19
