Where can I obtain a training video showing good and bad teaching methods?

I'm looking for a short video of a class in progress (any subject) where the session is not going too well then follows with a similar session where the teacher has made improvements to own practice and the lesson is far more effective. The video is to be used for training new teachers in the UK. Thanks for your help.

there are some excellent ones in NSW connected to the quality teaching program..you'd have to contact the department of ed
