Not precisely sure what you want, but if you want a virtual drive use alcohol 120

(it's free to use for 30 days)
http://www.alcohol-soft.com/

Otherwise you can make a fake folder on your hard drive and do the following.

START > RUN and then type CMD
At the command prompt type in
subst z: c:\fakefolder

where z is the drive letter you want your fake drive to appear as and fakefolder the name\path where the fake folder is stored.

so if i do
subst z: c:\windows\system32
in command prompt. every time i want to access the windows system 32 folder i can go to my fake z drive. (if drive z already exists then use x or whatever)

For more info on that one
