If u have the Alim software, It has tafseer. if not, they might have a website.
And Tafseer is interpretations of the meaning of the Quran or other Islamic material, for the ppl who wanted to know wut it is

You can understand the Quran by your own.. but the problem is that it won't give you truth or light or life to live with god... it doesn't offer solutions for the humanity great problem ( sin )...
