go stand on the street. some scientist will eventually come by in a beat up old car and you can show him the goods. if he likes what he sees then he can make you an offer. I recommend going with a doctor who will at least give you somewhere to stay after he's taken what they need and before you die. it's a better deal than having the scientists do it there on the street and leaving you for the dingos

Umm...if you want to sell it you will have to go to India. They buy body parts there. Of course the going rate is pretty cheap. Most americans go there to buy not sell.
