I would if it was offered where I live. I don't need to use public transportation, I am a stay at home Mom for right now. But I do walk to as many places as I can. I live in Michigan where they don't have much public trasnsportation. I find it discouraging for the majority of the public who have to drive. I've lived in New Jersey and Atlanta. In NJ the majority of the people used public transportation and Atlanta they tried to.
So now, I walk as much as I can!!

NO, although the investment of a street bike has proven its self worthy lately. Why does it seam like as soon as oil goes up on the market the price of gas jumps that day, and when it falls the gas stations don't lower their price?

not as much as i should. my company actually subsidizes part of public transportation, but i admit i am spoiled. i do however drive a small fuel efficient vehicle as i have done for years. when gas was a dollar a gallon(oh how to reminisce) people in their 10mpg Suvs would laugh @ me. now i laugh @ them when they complain about spending 100$ to fill those behemoths up!! i am waiting for more diesels to come to the states. they have a diesel/hybrid car that can get 90mpg. they will be the future not fuel cell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I certainly would, if it was available to me. I live in a rural area and the only 'public' transport we have is in the town where I work (but not where I live) and it caters to seniors.
