Okay I like this guy and he says that he's not attracted to me but we spend a lot of time together. And we talk on the phone often. He doesn't get handsy with me but he makes a lot of suggestive comments to me. I told him that if he wanted more than friendship that he would have to make the first move. Do you think I did the right thing ?

Sometimes guys are dorks -- but one thing we like and helps build confidence are girls who make the first move. Do you like him enough to get him?
Then give him a kiss when you are talking and ask how do you like girls who make the first move. Hopefully he will say How do you like guys who make the 2nd move. You say "love them"!

It sounds like ur reading more into the comments than there actually is, this guy probably only sees u as a friend. And making comments like "first move" can hurt ur relationship if u want to keep him around as a friend. Just chill, enjoy ur time, see where things go. U could also hook up w/ another guy and gage his reaction.

um, yeah... just so you know.... by saying this: "I told him that if he wanted more than friendship that he would have to make the first move." You pretty much put yourself on hold for him. He probably thinks that he can have you when ever he feels like by just asking. This has a lot of booty call potential though.... so don't get your hopes up.

NO and NO, the guy clearly said he wasn't attracted to you so him making those comments were lustful in nature. Don't waste your time and set yourself up for heartbreak. A real man or guy would approach you the right way and get to know your mind before he gets to know your body.

Yeah thats a smart move, it just sounds like he's not sure on wether he wants the commitment, and also maybe hes not confident enough to do anything more then what he's done with ya.
