ok, straight to the point people...................

me and a guy at work flirt outrageously, everyone in work knows we like eachother. we had a 'thing' about a year ago and it continued on and off up until last november.

thing is, when he is out of work, he doesn't pay as much attention to me or flirt with me. (i'm talking about when we are on MSN as we live a good distance apart)

any idea's on how i can approach him to ask whats going on? so many times i have thought about just kissing him out of the blue but i wonder if this is a good idea?

When you say you had a "Thing" does that mean you were sleeping together? And then he just backed off, is that right? Are you the only hot girl at work?

Sounds to me like he likes playing around with you just in case he wants another roll in the hay. Your problem is, you give him all the ego strokes he needs by playing back. He gets the feeling through this playfulness, that he could have you again if he wanted.

Try this; Back way off, don't act mad just stop playing his game. Wait until he comes to ask you what's wrong. (It'll be hard but wait until he asks. If he doesn't, you have an answer right there.)

Tell him you don't like being played and you guys can either be friends only, friends with benefits or lovers but no more "playing House" at work. You deserve better than to be kept on the sidelines in case you're needed...

I've done that before.... you're kind of a way to pass the time at work (sorry)..... I'm sure that he likes you to some extent, but he sees you everyday at work. He probably needs a break.... it's not like you guys are together or dating, right? So why would he talk to you at all after work? He probably goes home and continues living his life not worrying about why you don't call or talk to him outside of work, so maybe you should do the same? I'm no trying to be mean... I'm just being honest.

I don't think kissing the guy outta the blues is such a good idea. For me, i'd just say ask him straight out what the deal is with you two and where you're headed, rather than suffer the mental stress of thinking bout it all the time! Good luck and keep us posted on the outcome!

Sorry to assert this yet, he isnt that kinda guy that advantages a particular or reliable woman like you. Hes completely searching for bitches. Cuz whos except bitches that hug a boy and and not using a reason? i imagine u ought to bypass on. yet together, even as he hugs(if he did) merely tell him what you sense precisely!
