To many girls, yes. To some, no, theyr'e much more intersted in your technique and/or your personality (and/or the size of your bank account). To those for whom is does matter, some are quite happy with anything over 4 inches, some really want 12 inches (at least now and then). Some won't go near anything that's too big and prefer medium size, while for others the bigger the better (short of the ludicrious). Most of them care at least (if not more) about thickness than about length. Some get very little out of intercourse anyway and are much more interested in your oral skills, and/or whether and how well you use a finger on her clitoris during intercourse.

I love this question. Yes, size does matter. If it is too large, it is painful. If it is too small, the pleasure can be diminished. However, skill is just as important as size and a man who is lacking in size CAN make up for it in skill.
