The other reason she moved in was her brother was coot beating off while watching her take a shower and he was making sexual advances towered her. She loves him and wants hem to take care of her. The how thing has her very confused. How can I get her to let down the walls she has up? She is afraid of getting hurt.

God bless you for taking on such a difficult situation. Just offer her love and support. And remind her your there to keep her safe. Also don't badmouth the brother. She'll just get defensive about him. The walls shes got to let down herself. All you can do is show her the way. Maybe a good church or youth group. Also definitely get her some counseling its got to be weird to have your own brother making eyes at you poor girl. Good luck
