No sweetie, you can not get pregnant if you do not have intercourse but, I will be honest you can get other things if you have sexual contact, example:
If you kiss someone with herpes, you can get that.
Listen, I will not try to scare you because from the sound of your question you are really young so you may not have done anything you will later regret but, If you have questions like this, if you have a really good open relationship with your Mom or have an older sister you could talk to, may be you should go to them and let them know how you feel about this boy and that way you could get some really honest answers to any questions that you may have.

Women do get pregnant by 'artificial insemination.' (Turkey baster.) But it's unlikely if the sperm isn't in the vagina to begin with.

you can't get pregnant if you don't have intercourse. if you have an occasional sex partener use a condom to be safe rather then sorry
