Sorry reds make you tired. Maybe you have had a mild allergic reaction. Body refers to viscosity or glycerol levels that when you taste it, it feels either thick and chewie or light or somewhere in between. You can swirl the wine in a glass an notice that it has a hang time. The wine forms a sheet as it coming down, is known as the robe. The wine then changes into little streams known as legs. The longer the wine hangs, the more full bodied it would be considered. The shorter hang time would indicated a lighter wine. Each wine, red or white has its own characteristics. I have yet to find a white that tastes like a red. Good luck.

It's not the Red wine making you tired!!!!
No White wine has the taste or body of even the lightest Red.
Do more research into whats making you tired.

It is probably the sulfites in red wine that make you tired. My advice: Drink a lighter body red like pinot noir and chug a red bull or coffee just before. White wines can't compare in strenghth and structure to red. If you insist on not drinking red, try a rose.

Try a Syrah or a Sangiovese. See if you still get the same effects.
