Hi, I have this problem I was watching the world cup. Portugal was playing. When I saw Cristiano Ronaldo I fell in love, and I mean deeply in love. For the past few weeks I have been thinking of him, and dreaming of him. I think something is seriously wrong with me. I am a female in case you were wondering. Are there any other people who feel the same as I do? If not, can someone at least help me solve the problem.

Most people have had huge crushes on celebrities - even considered it true love. It's okay to think about him, and dream about him, people do that all the time.
I don't know how old you are, or what your type of personality is. If you, yourself, feel that something could be wrong with you, maybe you should consider talking to a counselor. He or she will probably tell you that you are perfectly normal - but it is good to talk to a non-biased person about your feelings.
The feelings will probably fade away as time passes - so unless you're considering traveling to his place of business or home - I wouldn't worry about it. :)

What you're experiencing is called infatuation, which is really just an extreme attraction. It feels like love, but it isn't actually love, and here are a few reasons why:
1 - It's not reciprocated, meaning the other person does not love you back.
2 - It's not based on qualities that develop love, like personality traits, shared values and beliefs, partnership, shared goals and dreams, overcoming hardship, togetherness, etc.
3 - It doesn't last. It might go on for a while, but doesn't last a lifetime, because it is one-sided.

Yes its possible, but its also fleeting!! Its possible when you are a teenager. I for example had a MAJOR relationship with Bono!! Don't sweat it - you'll get over this one and move on to the next one... try and make it someone you or your friends know next time, cos kissing for real is kinda nice!!!

That's not love sweetie, that's a hard core crush. Everyone gets them- it will pass. If it doesn't, that means you're an obbessed fan and you need help.

he's a cry baby what do you see in him? Go for a real man like our Rooney ... now thats who you should be in love with , not old poncy Ronaldo , just look at his name, he's gay get over it. Not that I have anything against gay people, but I think he's going to like me more than you to be honest.

Sweetheart all that is is infatuation. Trust you do not love him you would not lay down and die for him. Or sacrifice your mother. There is nothing wrong you are just infatuated and that is ran by your imagination.

you dont love him cause you dont REALLY know him,it's a fantasy ,you like what you see and what you think he is about ,its a big fantasy just realize this and dont let it rule your life.for all you know the image you have of him may not even be close to the person he really is .WHAT IF HE WERE AN ABUSIVE PERSON OR HAD REALLY BAD HABITS IS THIS THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU WOULD REALLY LOVE.YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMEONE BEFORE IT IS LOVE
