The important question here is "how do *you* feel about your virginity?"
Essentially, how an individual feels about his/her virginity is a function of their religious and cultural beliefs. Thus, the answer is different for different people.
The bottom line answer is, in my opinion, that virginity is never a "bad thing". For a virgin, it has been a choice on their part and personal choices are not a subject for other people's judgement.
If you feel right in keeping your virginity right now ... I think it's a great choice. Too many young people are in a rush to lose it ... and end up heart-broken and alone (except for that darling little baby, that is.)
Good for you ... I respect your choice.

I do not think that is bad at all. You are treating your body as a temple and respecting yourself to the fullest. Waiting for the right person wheather it be your husband if you decide to go that route or someone that you truly love and care about, and they care about you. It is a very positive thing and you could be cosidered a role model, never be ashamed.

Absolutely not. I actually wish that I had waited until I was ready to have a mature relationship before I had sex. Your virginity is a prize not a burden and don't let anyone else tell you differently. You give it up when YOU want to with the person YOU want to give it up to and don't let anyone tell you differently!
