I have two 3.3 pound weights and one 5 pound weight if that helps.

Recommend you get heavier weights. If you want to tone your muscles, do alot of repititions with little weight. If you want to build your muscle, for show basically, curl the maximum amount of weight you can 10 times. Do 5 sets of those 10 a day, for mabye 3 or 4 days a week and you'll have ripling biceps in no time.

You will need more weight than that if you want to add mass, using light weights with high reps will only build a small amount of muscle, you need enough weight that will let you do 6-9 repititions. Go to Wallmart, you can get 55lbs of weights and a bar for $20.
Stick to barbell curls and undergrip pullups, those are good mass builders.

buy a curling bar and some weight. I think the curling bars are 30 lb and just get some 5 or 10 pound weights to add on and curl like theres no tommrow

well you need barbells, 5lbs is a little low to start with i would suggest getting a 10lb one and make sure to do at LEAST 3 sets of 10 reps two to three times a day, after 2 to 3 weeks start adding more weight

bicep curls...use the 5 lb weight... 3 sets of 10 each arm

put elbow of arm against side and lower weight controlling it and then curl yer arm up towards yer shoulder as far as you can

alternate arms

only do every other day

get a set of 15 or 20 lb. weights.

pull ups , get a bar install somewhere in your house . start doing the pulling
