Yes, actions do speak louder than words, but what is prayer? Nothing but words. Conclusive evidence demonstrates that prayer is statistically insignificant as a cure or as a treatment of illness.

No. Your actions are pretty much hiding your feelings. Lets say you gave a person you like some flowers, that's just saying you love them, but not really. You know? If you were to SAY to someone that you loved them, then that is more stronger.
When you use actions, you seem as if you are invisible and you can't speak your mind. But when you use WORDS it's a whole different story.
I hoped that helped you!

I wish you & your friend the best of luck. I also pray for a cure to what it is that is ailing her, but if there is no cure don't think that God doesn't answer prayers, it just wasn't the right time!

Lord, you know the intentions of this person's heart and the condition of their friend, Kay. Lord, we ask that--if this be in your plan for her life---that you heal her and ease her physical pain. Father, we ask that you lead her to Your Word for comfort, to search in her heart as Job did when his body was in great illness and pain. Lord, you used Job's body, his spirit, and his love for you as a testament to faithfulness and obedience. Lord, I ask that Kay find this strength in her own spirit in Your Word.
Be with the person asking for prayer, Lord, that their life will become closer to you as a result of asking for prayer for Kay. We ask this and Thank you, Lord, as we do all things, in Jesus' Name---Amen.

definetly, actions do speak louder than words. people can tell you any old thing they want or they know it is something you want to hear. so actions show you more than telling a person something. God bless your friend and i hope she fells better, if it is man trouble tell her she is not the only one this has happened to. tell her what doent kill you only makes you stronger, "this too shall pass".

Jesus bore my sickness and carried my pain. Therefore, I give no place to sickness or pain.
For God sent his Word and healed me. Psalm 107:20
I will not die but live and declare the works of God. Psalm 118:17
I pray for you and your friend and declare her healing and she will be pain free. Her body is healed by His stripes she is healed. In Jesus' name. - Amen
God Bless.
