Well...it is all about free - will and as hard as it is to accept Jesus loves the raper/murderer and the one who is raped or murdered. He'd like them both to live a righteous life and get to Heaven. Of course that would mean changing a LOT if you are a rapist or killer plus turning yourself in to the police, etc. If Jesus stepped in each time something really bad happened then it would take away our free-will choice. If Jesus crushed every bad person on Earth then no one would feel free to be bad because of the immediate consequences. Since He is reserving His judgment, punishment, and rewards for a later time in the future people are truly free to do as they like right now including doing horrible things to helpless individuals and living a wonderful life helping others. Sometimes people don't want it to be up to them to live a good and right life - they'd like it better if God or Christ stepped in and "fixed" the world for us but it's just not that way. This is a very hard issue to deal with and understand and please don't think that I've never had something like this happen in my life so I can't know how it feels to deal with the tragedy that a bad person can wreak upon my life - it's something we'll all have to deal with in one way or another. I wish you the best as you deal with these tough issues as well.

It is obvious that you are very upset by this subject. The answer is , Jesus is going to step in and do something very soon, sooner than many people think.
To find out why God allows suffering, we need to think back to the time when suffering began. When Satan led Adam and Eve into disobeying God, an important question was raised. Satan questioned God’s right to rule, he didn't question God's power, he knew God was more powerful than he is. By calling God a liar who withholds good from his subjects, Satan charged that God is a bad ruler. (Genesis 3:2-5) Satan implied that mankind would be better off without God’s rulership. This was an attack on God’s sovereignty, his right to rule.
Adam and Eve rebelled against God. In effect, they said: “We do not need God as our Ruler. We can decide for ourselves what is right and what is wrong.” How could God settle that issue? How could he teach all intelligent creatures that the rebels were wrong and that his way truly is best? Someone might say that God should simply have destroyed the rebels and made a fresh start. But God had stated his purpose to fill the earth with the offspring of Adam and Eve, and he wanted them to live in an earthly paradise. (Genesis 1:28) God always fulfills his purposes. (Isaiah 55:10, 11) Besides that, getting rid of the rebels in Eden would not have answered the question that had been raised regarding God’s right to rule.
It has taken time for that challenge to be proven false. Man has tried every form of government and they have all failed.
God has not helped Satan to rule this world. If God were to prevent horrible crimes, for instance, would he not, in effect, be supporting the case of the rebels? Would God not be making people think that perhaps humans can govern themselves without disastrous results? If God were to act in that way, he would become party to a lie. However, “it is impossible for God to lie.”—Hebrews 6:18
God is almighty. Therefore, he can and will undo the effects of mankind’s suffering. The ruining of our planet will be undone by the turning of the earth into Paradise. The effects of sin will be removed through faith in Jesus’ ransom sacrifice, and the effects of death will be reversed by means of the resurrection. God will thus use Jesus “to break up the works of the Devil.” (1 John 3:8) God will bring all of this about at just the right time. We can be glad that he has not acted sooner, for his patience has given us the opportunity to learn the truth and to serve him. (2 Peter 3:9, 10)

Because Jesus does not exsist. The Bible is a book that tells you that "god" or "jesus" loves us. But let me point out, that the bible did not fall from the sky. The bible was written by MAN...not a supposed god. The bible was written to tell people what to do in order to live their life's "properly." The book been changed many times through translation, editions, revisions, and such. It seems impossible to me that people can live through life thinking "god gave these things to me" "god did this...," no he didn't. We did it for ourselves. We are in charge of our own lives. And we as people are what can stop rape, murder, and other disgusting crimes. We are the "gods". Not some figment of our imagination.

You have the spirit of Cain on you my friend; "am I my brothers keeper?"
It's so easy to lay all responsibility on God - but its harder for YOU and the rest of humanity to accept the rightful blame with themselves.
Why did you allow children to be molested? Why did you allow women to be raped? Why do you allow men to butcher the innocent? Its not your responsibility and since God is so.... is that your defense? It does not hold water my friend.
How is it your fault and others? You defend human rights to the core for possessing porn and recognize sexual perversions as a positive thing. Humanity reaps the fruit of its deeds. If you sow sadistic immorality you reap from it.
When you support freedom of thought, speech and physical expression - you are giving birth to all kinds of ideas and you love it until it rubs against your grain - the very germ you planted sprouts, grows into something even you cant handle THEN what do you do? You throw the blame off on God or the Christians who should have stopped it.
You and those like you have tied our hands. You don't want (as you wrongly think) us to control you. So be a man and accept your culpability.

Because there is such a thing called "free will". If God wanted to start controlling humans, he would have done it a long time ago, and he would have just made us all robots. We have the right to think what we want to and do what we want to. Its all about free will man, thats why you don't want to hear about it. The bible says vengeance is God's and God alone. So these people that are murdering and raping will get what they deserve. You reap what you sow.

God and Jesus do not wish this on any of His children. It's the evil in the horrible abuser. God and Jesus are not the ones who allow this. It is us. It's our fault. We are so busy blaming others when it's up to us to stop this evil, protect the children, and clean up this world we have dirtied. We are the reason the little ones suffer.

Stop blaming God for the ignorance of man! He Loves us all, and He is there, ready to change a life, but, it is up to us to accept Him.
Those who don't, are the ones who do horrible things to others.... These deceitful acts are all evil, and who is the prince of evil and all wrong doing??? Satan! He's the one to blame for a world out of control... not God.
(the Bible was written long ago, and it is the true book of Jesus)

God doesn't do the bad things to children. the devil has free reign here on earth and every chance to kill steal and destroy our joy he does and will these things he does to take our faith and our focus away from God. Don't give up God cares and sees and He will fix things in His own time.

If they are killed while being raped it is the rapist who is the one who will pay the price in hell the child will go to heaven. I am very sure that the lord has very strong feelings for the children and when being judged about other matters will receive a lot of leniency because of what happened to them.

Why does God allow evil men and women to live? Should He instead kill them before they do evil deeds? Should He judge murderers and rapists now? What about thieves and liars, adulterers, fornicators, those who lust, and those who hate? If God judged evil today, all unconverted men and women would perish under His wrath. Thank God that He is patiently waiting for them to turn to the Savior and be saved from His terrible wrath.
