What is your point from all those not innocent questions ? i red it before , it is the stupid idea that Islamic terrorisms are following the right Islam , so the solution is to eliminate Islam , so you gave your life to that holy mission ? am i true ?

Terrorists are not applying the right islam , they are applying the most extreme explanations of islamic rules … so if you find that is the right islam , you are one of them , and think like them , but most muslims don't .

Yes, I truly do. But the original text/scripture of the Old Testament has been altered over the years, so these are probably not all exact quotes from God/Jesus (peace be upon him) b/c the original Christianity is ALSO a very peaceful religion.

All the major religions talk about peace and brotherhood and harmony, and then the followers of these religions promptly go out and exterminate someone in the Name of their god. To the extent that most religions cling to primitive thinking and demand rigid obedience both to their tenets and to their institutions, then every religion will be prone to creating violence. The louder the call to evangelize and to convert, and the more extreme the fundamentalism of the believers, the more likely violence is to occur. Moderate Islam would appear to be non-violent. The problem in Islam as in all religions is religious fundamentalism: religious fundamentalism almost always leads to violence.

I do not get it. you ask if Islam is(rhetorically?)a peaceful religion and then follow it with all violence quotes from the old Hebrew testament which is the foundation of the Christian faith. Why? what are you trying to prove by this? I believe that Islam is as peaceful as Christianity. BUT both religions have their extremist factions which, of course, are the ones we hear about in the media. Also, don't forget Christian "jihads" like the Spanish Inquisition and the Crusades... just in case you believe that Christians are not capable of terrible acts against people.

More atrocities are/have been committed in the name of (God, Allah, etc.) than most anything/anyone else.

I believe that the vast majority of Islam is peaceful. Because 19 Muslim terrorists killed 3,000 of my countrymen, I will not say all one billion followers of Islam are terrorists. We need to judge people by their actions, not their beliefs. Many Christians and Jews try to live their lives in peace regardless of the quotes you've given. Many Muslims try to live their lives in peace regardless of similar references to God's wrath which you know can be found in the Qur'an.

I do believe that Islam is a peaceful religion, in answer to your question. I have lived a large portion of my life among it and love many Muslims. I admire Muslim charities and I admire Muslim individuals who try to make the world a better place. I also believe Judaism and Christianity to be peaceful religions. People who kill in the name of religion are to be condemned, regardless of their religion. People who help mankind are to be praised, regardless of their religion. I know that you can see this; I have faith in you as a human. Good and evil can be found in all religions and belief systems. It's our job as humans to nurture the good and fight the evil wherever it is found.
