I think you are confused.

homosexuality usually involves a consentual act.. anything else would be rape - which is illegal and immoral.

Children, by virtue of the fact that they are (in the eyes of the law) below the age of consent are thereby unable to have consentual sex with an adult.

you cannot compare the legality of consentual sex with rape. period.
