I am looking for the quickest and most professional flash photo gallery out there. I am looking for smooth transitions, thumbnail generator, and something that is easly configurable.

Go to http://www.flashkit.com there are hundreds of premade galleries that you can download and edit to your taste, all completely free. If you are not a website designer and this is not for a commercial project and get stuck contact me and i will do it for you for free. I have some spare time
