It can tell a couple of things like type of cancer and to some degree if it has or is capable of spreading.
Sometimes they do a biopsy for "margins" this is to tell it it is starting to infultrate the surrounding tissue.
It is only one part of a set of tests.

No, a biopsy will tell you if its a cancer or not, and most lumps are not.
If it is it will tell you what kind, and that will suggest the treatment.
If you are just about to have a biopsy, ask them for more info.

Only if it identifies new areas of cancer. There are some really good websites which give information about cancer.
Even if Cancer has spread it can still be treated. People can have good quality of life and live a long time, depending on the circumstances.
Write a list of questions to ask your doctor or consultant before you see them, so if you feel overwhelmed by it all you can still get the information you need.

No - a biopsy is a sample of cells from the tumour that is used to check if it is or isn't cancer, and if it is cancer what type and grade. You would need a scan, CT or MRI to see if the cancer had spread further than the intial tumour.

A biopsy will tell you and the physician what type of cancer you are dealing with, and that in turn will tell if that type of cancer is predisposed to spreading. A PET scan will tell if the cancer has metastasized(spread).

no it does not ,the biopsy serve 2 purposes: 1st it answers the question whether the cells are cancerous or not ,and 2nd (if cancerous) it allows the "grading" which is simply who aggressive the cells are based on the look under the microscope and different staining methods .
the higher the grade the higher the chance of this tumor to spread ,if it did not already.
to diagnose the spread "staging " multiple X-rays including CT-scans and PET scans in addtion to blood tests need to be done ,but this is usually done after the biopsy results confirmed the cancer.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/RIr7O
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/OVnMi
