I used nicotine gum to get off cigarettes. Now I need help on how to get off the gum!
Please Help!

try to cut down on the gum and the substuted it for regular gum and if that does not help try going clod turkey it might not sound good i used to smoke too. then try to workout more that should help you too good luck on quiting

IF U HAVE LIKE SPECIFIC TIMES U CHEW IT TRY SWITCHIN TO REGULAR GUM....LIKE IF U CHEW AT 7AM,12PM,3 PM,ETC...CHEW UR NICOTINE UM AT 7 THEN CHEW REGULAR GUM AT 12 AND CHEW NICOTINE AT 3 ETC AND THEN KEEP REDUCING THE NICOTINE GUM AND ADD MORE REGULAR GUM TO REPLACE IT AND DONT THINK ABOUT NEEDING NICOTINE....U HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND AS WELL, THATS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, TRICK YOUR MIND.
