i would say no, he doesn't seem to be doing anything wrong, it just looks as if he has a good solid friendship with his ex which is better than him comletely hating her the rest of his life. if he's living with you, it sound like he really cares about you and you have no reason to be jealous, so long as he gives you no other reason to.

when his ex goes to give him a present dont u think it would be shallow not to exept it, like if he kisses her when she gives it, dump him(i would dump my girl friend if she kissed her ex in front of me)
