Simple... you give her the cash you accidently took, she gives you the cat she accidently kept... sounds a fair deal. As long as the cat is well treated... how much did you borrow?

Provided there is no cruelty (to the cat) involved I think the only thing you can do is give her the borrowed money back.

It's not illegal, just go steal the cat from the garden

Er, no, Its not ransom, she is holding your property in lieu of the debt. Its very difficult to "borrow" money from a girls handbag, don't expect any sympathy. Just return her money.

my ex g/f did exactly the same thing! what up with them? she had the cat for 2months right to the point when she moved in with her new b/f.. she gave my cat back coz it kept attacking her new b/f!

hahahaha!!!!

go round to your ex's place and see how she is, then when she's not looking, grab your cat and run!!

seriously you'd be suprised how often pets are used like this and domestic violence units have to handle this kind of stuff regularly. if you think you're cat is being harmed then report it to the RSPCA and they can retrieve it and bring it to you.
