Save it to your desk top then open it. On occassion they won't open straight from your email account so saving it and trying to open it is your best bet.

when you compose an e mail there is a block that says attachments once you click it you will see like 4 boxes then you hit browse and click it then go to the file you want to up load and then open it after that it will appear in one of the boxes then hit attach....

click download attachment a box should pop up with save open or cancel click open it will open on your computer and automatically save it your computer...

Have you pressed attachment-browse-chosen the document and adding it to your message?

Click on compose on your email. it will show browse. go to where your picture is it will say open click on that.it will then tell you to add files.

ask your friend what program they use then use that to open your picture.
