It seems that little things got blown out of proportion over the years. Police was involved several times and a neighbor tried to mediate a truce. But that aggravated the situation more and now they're openly hostile to each other. Are there any government agency or social service type that can intervene or help? Thanks!

If there are any children involved, and you are in the USA, then yes, there are social services that can help, but if you call, stay anonymous, or you'll get dragged into it also. Good luck. Ron

it depends if you guys are homeowners. if so then its best just to stop trying and stop fratenizing and then over the yrs you will learn to have at a minimal a level of respect for each other
