If that's your biggest problem, you have nothing to worry about -- usually when men (or women) say one thing and do another, it's about something serious.
He changed his mind. He was in the mood to cook, so he offered to cook, then realized he was no longer in the mood to cook. What's so hard about that? People do that all the time. Either say "you promised, so you still have to do it" or say "I understand, no worries, I'll do it."

Sounds like he's double-minded... that would mean he doesn't mean what he says. He shouldn't flip off what he says like it doesn't matter, because when he tells you he'll do something, it gets your hopes up, then when he doesn't do what he says, your hopes & your heart crash to the ground. It also shows you that he's not reliable, not trustworthy, not mature about keeping his word.

i think they can only use a little piece of there brain... they seem to get these forgetful things they say... and when we mention them they use the terms: was that today?, yeah i was getting to it?, and i had to do some thing important!....
