At one time I lived in PA and my PA license was subpened.I now live in NC.Can I get one here?? They was subpended for oweing back child support.

No!! Dead beat asshole! Pay your child support. I hope you realize you just hurt your child by not paying your child support.

Most states will require that you get a letter from any state that you previously held a license in stating that your license there is in good standing.

Instead of trying to figure out ways to get out of paying your child support, you really need to either pay it, or make arrangements to do so.

If PA and NC are compact states then no. If you are stopped in NC and a DMV check shows you are suspended in PA, they will take your NC license and then be suspended in NC.

Yes, NC is the easiest state to get a licence, a lot of illegals come here just to get one.

I am assuming you mean suspended? With todays computers and mutual agreements with DMV's, if suspended in one state, its sospended in all till you get the mess straightened out

Yes you can. If you have your physical license in your possession, and it's not expired, then you can get your license in NC, however don't be surpised if they catch up to you,.
